Foreign Language Education Department, FLEC, to foster and to improve cadets’ foreign language skills by making use of audio, visual, audio-visual and interactive resources. Besides English, the main foreign language, the cadets can improve the other languages that are taught at TMA.

FLEC has four main sections : |

1- The First section is reading hall. The cadets use printed materials such as periodicals, books, dictionaries in this section.

2- The second section is CD and Walkman Cabins for listening activities. There 16 CD and 16 walkman cabins. For listening activities, there are audio books, books with CDs and CDs. |
| |
3- The third section is the computer room. In this section, cadets use the special links and programs that are prepared by TMA Foreign Language Department personnel and CDs. |

4- The fourth section is Audio-Visual Rooms. In this sections, cadets watch VHS or DVDs either individually or as a group.
